C Taylor Each time I have visited Daron Bolands office or called on the phone, he and his staff have always been curious, polite, respectful, attentive, and made me feel like I was a highly valued client. They take the time to answer my questions, even trivial ones, in a most satisfying manner and to the level of detail that I want to hear, and I am a nuts and bolts kind of guy. When I had claims, they responded very promptly, professionally, were detail attentive, educated me in the entire claim process, and followed-up with me at each phase. Overall I feel their office meets my needs and takes very good care of me.

The lady that did my paperwork for my insurance put my occupation as something totally unrelated as to what I do and they cancelled my policy due to her mistake. Paid $207 to start the policy not even 30 full days ago, go to pay it today and was told I’d have to pay to start a whole other policy with a different company. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Paige Marchbanks This is actually a ZERO Star review - but it wouldnt let me post without putting t least 1 star - STEER CLEAR of her! She will give you the impression she is listening and might actually care - BUT THEN she will LIE LIE LIE. She told me she filed a claim on a specific date and gave me follow up notes and dates and times and then blamed others when I hadnt heard from an adjuster yet, then come to find out she did not file it for another 2.5 weeks. She will lie and tell you what you want to hear, then actually be doing NOTHING on her end. DO NOT USE HER if you value truth from your insurance agent.

Blake Ellis Signed up for a membership because I needed their services. Turns out if you try to use them the same day you made at account then they charge you an extra $125. They do not tell you this until after you pay you membership fee. I will be contacting BBB because I feel ripped off.

Jesse Dryer Ms. Amy Frank is an A+ employee. Kudos to Ms. Frank. I called her to set a cruise up for me with about two weeks notice. She said shed get right on it. I had no idea how Awesome her "right on it" would be. She asked me questions about what i was looking for and how many days. She was able to book my round trip flight, one hotel night stay, transportation to the airport and cruise line terminal to and from. She took care of everything. I flew from my town to Miami Florida. I stayed at the Couurtyard Miami Airport over night so as not to have to rush around to get to my cruise line (Iwould not have thought of this). She sent me my documents, labels and tags. She was Awesome in my opinion. The peace of mind She gave me. I called a couple of days prior to departure for a refreshing of direction and info so I could make sure I understood what was going on. Thanks to Ms. Frank for her experience in arranging trips and to AAA for the training and for the good sense to hire a Travel Ambassador suchas Ms. Frank. I definitely recommend her for travel arrangements.

So I filed a claim with Fred Loya. I never spoke to the adjuster. Felt they no longer cared if they weren’t getting my money.

These ppl are rip offs in matter of fact they wanted an outrageous deductible. So they was not out of money and still raised my rates!!!!!!
