She will expect that you get her the information she needs in a short amount of time but when you need documents from her, it takes weeks of requesting it! She will wait until the last minute and halfway throw a vague message together that doesn’t even have half of what you requested!! She lacks communication and will lie! She will discriminate against you! Her attitude is extremely vile! If you HAVE to deal with TWI I would not recommend dealing with Mandi Smith!!!
