    Haden Cowdrey: Took my now wife here to get an engagement ring, we were in a difficult position due to me being in the military and having to move sooner than I expected. The customer service was incredible, many other ring places seemed judgmental with our situation. I believe her name was Sharon, she was so nice and gave us her upmost attention and let my girlfriend try on everything she desired. She got everything put together in quick time. Really happy we found this place.

I was looking around for a graduation ring for my son, went to a lot of well known jewelry places and they just told us we need to go on line. No help nothing. Are last place to go was Jareds. We got a wonderful, friendly, patience, and helpful person named Manny Martinez to help us. He took his time and walked us through every step to get us thru the process. Thank You Manny for being a wonderful person. The ring came out priceless! I recommend Jareds and Manny Martinez.

    Kim Wood: We were in Corpus for the weekend when we decided to stop in Samuels to take a look. We wanted to originally upgrade our wedding set but but when I saw these two rings that were just so beautiful…my husband talked me into them. When we got to the hotel after our purchase I noticed that I did not receive the certificate for one of the rings. The owner and Sayed said they would look for it and get it to us. My husband and I needed to return back home and said we could come back for it . After some exchanges in texts and calls we went back down the following weekend. The owner went out of his way and even brought in some additional diamonds for me to look at. I ended up switching out the original diamond I. The ring with a better diamond and was very happy. Both gentleman were very polite and respectable. My husband and I were very appreciative of their efforts and the quality of care we received. We will most definitely be back.

    Gracie Stansberry: I have had an awful experience dealing with their Manager Diana and Assistant Manager Natasha. If you want to be lied to and not being taken care of come here. I bought a n enhance at a different Kay jewelry and they sold me a ring that didn’t match my ring. I first showed the sales lady my wedding ring and she said of course when you get your ring dipped for color and the enhancer is on it will look great with no gaps. Later on when I got them put together the manager was okay giving me a ring where my enhancer was not put on straight as well as had gaps all over. At this point my ring was “dipped” (I was wrong) which brings out all the colors of my chocolate diamond. They put a rush to have it taken off because it didn’t match and I didn’t want my wedding pictures to look bad because my enhancer doesn’t match my wedding ring. I know it’s partially my fault but I was trusting the sales lady and felt since she does this for a living it’s all going to work out. I got my wedding ring back and at this point I have 10 days before my wedding. Well guess what my rings were taken apart and I guess they sized my ring down because it didn’t fit. At this point the Manager and I was very well acquainted. I told her I shouldn’t be having this problem and at this point we have a little over a week and my wedding ring that was purchased from Kay’s was not going on my finger. The manger agreed that I could do a trade in with no up charge or put that towards a custom ring that was quoted almost over $5,000. Well a few days later I got my ring back the right size and my enhancer in 2 pieces (when it’s supposed to be one) all back together. As well as my ring was dipped correctly with so much color and it even had black in it! Later on when the Assistant Manager Natasha called to remind me of a jewelry show to do an even trade in she informed me that I could not do an even trade in that I would trade my enhancer in and pay an additional charge. I would have to spend the same amount I paid on my enhancer even thought my husband and I talked to the Manager Diana about how she will be okay with doing an even trade in. Well when I asked to talk to Dianna the manager she was very busy and couldn’t talk. I said just have her call me back. When I got a call back from the assistant manager guess what Diana left. I believe that Diana didn’t want to deal with me knowing that she went back on what she said. This has been such a bad experience so since the Manager refused to do the right thing and talk to me she left all her dirty work to Natasha. I want to take this to Corporate because no one should have to go through what I’ve dealt with. This has been more stressful than planning the wedding. The first three pictures you can see the enhancer that doesn’t match my wedding ring and in the last picture with it being dipped correctly, where you can see the black on the sides.

    M C: I purchased a watch for my wife for Christmas, 2024 at the Kendra Scott store in LA Palmera Mall in Corpus Christi. It had a small ornament on the clasp. The ornament came off within the first few times she wore it. I took it back to the same store and they said they couldnt do anything. My wife loves Kendra Scott jewelry, but I wont spend another dime on the junk they sell if they wont back it up! And I couldnt believe how rude the woman was. Its like I had no reason to expect anything since it had been more than 30 days.
