2 /5 B&B Farms: After receiving a less than enjoyable lecture from the owner about everything from the way I take my ring off to shaming me for not removing it for anything that involves water, I picked up my repaired ring today. It was not ready. It is not repaired correctly. No matter how many times I told him it didn’t need to be larger- They made it larger. I had a swelled from an allergic reaction and cut it off. Now I have my ring that isn’t cut anymore - but too large to wear. It rolls around my finger! I couldn’t risk examining it as I was close to another condescending shaming session. Maybe the owner should quit lecturing and listen to what your customer is asking for!
