I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t. They told me I could trade it for something the same value. I got a different and shorter bracelet for a lower value, and they kept the rest. Highly recommended you go somewhere else.

The staff is friendly, they can do repairs and they have beautiful merchandise. We have dealt with several people there including the owner and we are always treated well whether it’s a watch battery or a major purchase. We started going there when they were recommended by close friends who have been going there for years. I trust them to care for our items and to deal fairly. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy business.

maggie van dyke: Friendly staff! Great workmanship! I found jewelers bench when looking for someone who is an authorized Philip stein watch repair. I took an amethyst tennis style bracelet that was missing a stone. Because of the color of the stone, I thought it was going to be a difficult match but they did a really good job. The jeweler even checked the remaining prongs and gave it a thorough clean making it look brand new! I highly recommend them!
