We took it Mallory’s creations and he said he’d give it a shot. He was able to fix them and unless you knew they were broken you’d have no idea. I’m super impressed with the repair as well as the service and the speed of the repair. I’m so thankful she will have this jewelry to cherish for years to come and that Mallory’s creations was able to bring them back to life.

    A A: My wedding ring broke. I went to Azteca Jewelry, the guy fixed and resized it to my complete satisfaction. The service was fast ( he finished it in just 30 minutes or so). The cleaning and polishing made it look brand new although I had this ring for 29 years. The best part is, the pricing is reasonable! Thank you Azteca. Ill come back again. By the way, I edited this review to add that I ended up glancing at my ring more simply because it looks fresh and sparkly. It also feels comfortable after he resized it. Good job!

    Janna Butler: Michelle at the Woodlands mall store was unprofessional. She had a poor attitude and when I asked her name she laughed and provided it with a sarcastic tone. I will never go back and will share my experience with family and friends. . I took a pair heart earrings never worn to try to get them fixed as one of the clasps will not stay closed. She tried to bend the earring closed and offered no solution. These were a gift so I did not have a receipt. All I wanted was to be able to wear the earrings. I asked why Pandora does not stand behind their jewelry. I am very disappointed and will NOT be shopping at Pandora. Michelle was not a good representation of what a company should offer to customers.
