Sydney Stewart I was in JCPenney today around 4-5pm, I was sitting in the waiting area in a more comfortable chair before the dressing room nursing my 7 month old, when a woman maybe in her late 50s, or early 60s who worked there approached me and asked if I wanted to go nurse my baby in a dressing room that has a bench. I told her I am much more comfortable in this chair, no thanks. Kindly. She then went into the dressing room, came back out and said I made a room for you to go into and to nurse. I said I am good. She then said “they” as in the other JCPenney workers would rather me nurse in the dressing room because kids could walk by. I told her OK and stayed put. She then took a clothing rack and pushed it right beside me blocking me from the entrance of the waiting room. It was very uncalled for. I stayed calm and polite. JC penny- woman are legally allowed to breastfeed in public. I did not just have my boob out. I had my baby over me, and was behind a wall in the waiting room before the dressing room. No one else was around but my 10 year old daughter who witnessed this. I’m very disappointed in this woman. Leave breastfeeding woman ALONE.

Kate Pix I couldn’t see myself being happy with staring down at some generic wedding ring. I wanted something unique and was set on an Aqua colored stone. Dean found the perfect stone and came up with an updated version of a vintage ring. I love it! Dean has an amazing eye for detail, and I’m so glad he was a part of making this experience fun. And Bean, his furry four legged helper was a perfect co-designer.

Kylie OBrien My review is not based on the quality of the product, but the quality of the customer service. I came in the shop to get a bracelet re-attached that had fallen off. I had my husband and 2 kids with me. My children were looking around the shop and my oldest daughter was possibly wanting a bracelet for herself. The girl working in the shop (not the owner) kept correcting my child about what she was doing. For example, she was looking at the shiny disco ball decoration. She did not touch it and the shop girl told her not to touch and it was extremely fragile (it was plastic decoration). She was not grabbing anything, being disrespectful or wild. She also sat on the chair provided for the guests and the shop girl told her to not put her feet on the chair (her feet can’t even touch the ground). As I was saying, we were looking at getting a bracelet for my daughter but after the way we were treated, we will not be returning to the shop.

max heller Friendly staff, quick and easy. I’m leaving 3 stars because the lady at the counter asked where I was from and when I said Austin she took the opportunity to trash talk liberals. Now I don’t identify as a liberal but the comment was still off putting. Maybe liberals are not the problem, maybe it’s the billionaires and political elite who are slowly but surely stripping the American people of their freedom and economic power? Sure blame the liberals and free school lunches for kids…nice. Daddy trump would be proud.

Christine Avary After a few consultations with other jewelers, a friend recommended that we go to Kent because shed had great experiences with him. We were not disappointed. My husbands grandmother had recently passed away and prior to her passing, she had given him her wedding ring and band. My husband wanted to have part of her ring in his wedding band as well as having a ring made for me as well. Additionally, we didnt want my original engagement ring to go unused, so we wanted to use the gold from that band as well. Kent was able to do all of this and more. He let us show him inspiration pictures, and he created EXACTLY what we wanted. He was able to use all the gold, all the stones we wanted, make any and all changes we wanted, and did this all for an incredibly reasonable price. He understood the emotional attachment and sentiment behind this process which made us feel very comfortable. The other jewelers put pressure on us to pay a minimum of $2000, they would not use our gold, nor did it feel they would make this a personable experience. I would 100% recommend Kent to anyone and everyone. Hes insanely talented, easy to work with, and does a great job keeping in consistent communication with his clients.

Kayla McKay I’m very indecisive and both Hayden and Davenee, goes by Dave were so helpful and made the experience so much fun. As for someone who shops alone all the time getting someone’s opinion means so much, they were very patient. I am looking forward to visiting this store again. Every time I go in The customer service is beyond great!
