I could tell the whole story but that would take a few pages. Ive never would have believed a bank would deny someone access to there own funds. I saw this in person. What a wake up call.

When I’m only asking for $20 that’s more than fair. In fact even if I wanted $200, $3 is fair. However this here institution wanted $4.95. When it asked if I was okay with thst I pressed the “hell no” button for my card and drive a couple miles down the road to a …. You guessed it $3 charge one. Thanks but no thanks. I am glad to know first financial is money hungry greedy fools.

Nancy Thayer: Got to be worst customer service bank I have ever walked in too. The poor young gentleman at the front desk looked as if he was scared to ask someone to help me, it took him two people to try and get someone to help me as they pond me on each other. As soon as I was able to sit down with someone the lady which is an older woman was very rude and would not help me and sent me away. I will never use this bank for my business or personal use EVER!!!
