The poor young gentleman at the front desk looked as if he was scared to ask someone to help me, it took him two people to try and get someone to help me as they pond me on each other. As soon as I was able to sit down with someone the lady which is an older woman was very rude and would not help me and sent me away. I will never use this bank for my business or personal use EVER!!!

    Darcy Bowen: Update: I did want to mention that both the lady we worked with on our loan and the regional President contacted me to apologize for the service we received. I do think that was very professional of them to do and really appreciated the call. I am changing my rating to a 3 star for that reason. I recommend looking at other banks first. The process here was very unorganized and terrible communication throughout the entire process. Never made it clear what info she needed and then we would send info and she would come back and tell us that isnt what she wanted and would go back and forth. It was taking us months to get our building loan ready to go and were getting nowhere. The person we worked with was very rude and after that, we moved to Worthington Bank and had them pay off our land loan with Pinnacle and got everything approved, all paperwork completed and closed on the building loan all within 2 1/2 weeks! And they are much more pleasant to work with. Should have done that originally!
