1 /5 Paige Marchbanks: This is actually a ZERO Star review - but it wouldnt let me post without putting t least 1 star - STEER CLEAR of her! She will give you the impression she is listening and might actually care - BUT THEN she will LIE LIE LIE. She told me she filed a claim on a specific date and gave me follow up notes and dates and times and then blamed others when I hadnt heard from an adjuster yet, then come to find out she did not file it for another 2.5 weeks. She will lie and tell you what you want to hear, then actually be doing NOTHING on her end.
DO NOT USE HER if you value truth from your insurance agent.
