I had called the day I got towing to make sure I had coverage & they said yes, just to give them the receipt of the towing bill and it’s covered up to a certain amount. Not once was it mentioned it had to be with THEIR services. Just lazy or inconsiderate? Cheaper insurances aren’t always better.
