Unbeknownst to me calling for Roadside Assistance, even if no one is dispatched, is considered an auto claim! So when big red non renewed my auto after 12 years with them, and only 1 at fault, Elite was more than happy to find a provider for our Home, 2 Autos, and Boat policy. I have made several referrals to them. They have my mom’s policies now as well. Elite’s attention and commitment to Customer Service is head and shoulders above what is common place in today’s market. So glad to be a part of their insurance family.
