1 /5 Rahman Fleming: One of the worst. Yes they do insure drivers without driver license, or bad records, however their customer service is some the worse. The wait time to get through to customer service is ridiculous, and most of the reps sound rude or dont sound like they are really trying to help you. Also there is the language barriers. I have nothing against anyone with an accent, however if you work in customer service, you should be able to clearly express and articulate your words. I should not have to struggle to understand what the hell you are saying. The customer service reps act like they are careless or dont care. They often do not update the customers information correctly, which can cause huge problems, and it sometimes seems as if they do this on purpose. Finally some of their rates are ridiculous, especially from a company with such poor customer service. I ended up cancelling my car insurance with them and went with a better company. They didnt process my request on time (which was before my next billing cycle) and still charged me for an additional month, which they werent supposed. Took 2 days to get through, to have matter corrected. Fault was theirs as agent i previously spoke to never put my cancellation in fully, even though call was recorded. Then they had the nerve to require me to give them the reason why i was leaving their insurance, before they would fully complete my cancellation request. Then they issued a hard check refund instead of instant credit deposit back, and they sent refund check to my old address, even though i had updated them with new current address. I am still awaiting my refund. My advice, unless you dont have a driver license, or you have alot of bad marks on your driving record, DO NOT under any circumstances get Anwins insurance.
