    Melvin Jones: I am utterly dissatisfied with the service at this location. I was informed that I needed to add my wife to my loan application. She called multiple times today, only to be repeatedly told that Kori is in a closing and could not assist her. I even received a text asking if I still wanted to add my wife. I confirmed my request and provided her contact information. However, I was then informed that my wife would have to call them herself, and she did, but of course, she was told that Kori was in a closing.

He was very helpful and letting me know about some awesome news that I wasn’t aware so of course I want to hear about news lol. And literally it didn’t take not even 20mins. So, I would definitely recommend whoever trying to get something small/big talk with Mr. Edward, I really appreciate it. All of the staffs that work at this location. Very nice and helpful……
