Also I appreciated that he gave me quote even though I didn’t directly request from them as I was looking at other carriers. So it was a welcomed surprise given I didn’t have to jump through calling someone or all that, using info available publicly they were able to generate a competitive rate.

He was able to find us a policy that is suitable for what two retired people on fixed incomes could afford. In total honesty the quote I received was at least $2,000. less than our previous insurer was charging and had higher coverage amounts. These changes will save us money and give us better coverage. Progressive Insurance - Claims Office - Lubbock

Alicia Hanes: Terrible company!!! After filling my claim for weather damage, Progressive wanted pictures. We took picture and sent them over via their app. After looking at the photos, Progressive states they cant see what they need to in the pictures so our adjuster, Amanda W, instructs us to drop off my vehicle at a body shop of my choice. After 3 weeks of waiting for the insurance company to estimate and make a decision on my vehicle, they denied my claim altogether and now are refusing to pay the storage fees to the body shop that has my vehicle. We have tried reaching out to the adjuster, her supervisor, the inspector, his supervisor and all others related to this claim and not one person will answer the phone, return a call or return an email. This is appalling and illegal!!! We are filling complaints with TDI and reaching out to an attorney for assistance. Stay away from Progressive!!!!
