I thought maybe the first time I came was because they are in the business. But absolutely not. They truly care about your happiness and value. Hector sized and polished a very personal piece of jewelry for me. I would recommend him for anything that honestly means alot. Because just awhile ago my grandmas necklace broke and he repaired it with respect. He takes the time to make sure your jewelry fits comfortable and your happy. If you need new or old jewelry sized.
