1 /5 Billy Melancon: Brought 2 rings in to have wedding band made. One was my wedding band from my deceased wife and one was my deceased fathers wedding band. She destroyed one and stole the other. Both were white gold. Got a yellow gold back. I dont wear yellow gold. Charged $700 and I cant nor want to wear it. She never even apologized. She told my now wife that if I didnt take it, I would lose my gold. Lost my gold when she got her hands on them. Seen higher quality rings that came out of gum machines. Go to my FB page and see my post. Its a long post but youll see who she really is. Thought I was just unlucky but I am finding out that there are many unlucky customers. Attached are photos of my ring that she made and my deceased dads that she destroyed. All accuzations are just my opinion.

1 /5 Snow & Ice: Horrible. Shoddy work. Messed up a special piece of jewelry 2 ways. Fixed one thing, but didnt acknowledge the second screw up (which the enamel was half burned off and put on backwards), even after contacting. Tried to hide it.. Do not recommend at all! Will have to have redone the RIGHT way.

Emily Buxton: This is my absolute FAVORITE store to shop! I love all the unique pieces they offer. I also LOVE how confident I feel in their clothes. They are constantly coming out with new items each week! It’s definitely my go to store to find new pieces for my closet. I truly can’t recommend this store more. If I could give 10-20 stars I would. If your looking for super cute styles and items not everyone will be wearing definitely check out this store! The staff are always friendly and they even remembered my name that’s huge to me! (Or maybe it’s a sign I shops a lot hahah) Now I just wish, hope and pray they open a location in The Houston/woodlands area!!!

Iraen Marsh: Went there @635(closes at 8). Gates were pulled half way down already, so you cant go inside. Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store. LETS DO BETTER, BUSINESS IS JUST TAKING OFF AT THIS LOCATION!
