5 /5 Rat Bastard: For quite some time, Ive been trying to get the battery changed in one of my Fossil watches. Walmart just sells battery but no one else ever around for anything else. So late yesterday afternoon I googled places to fix my watch most places was closed and fortunately for me I found Uptown Gold & Silver. A kind and friendly person named Joseph helped, he already had people in store conducting business and I asked him could be fix my watch. He said yes and for me to come back in 10 minutes, sometimes I get a little leery sometimes when people give me a time period..and actually he was done in 8 minutes. Ive a nice place for jewelry and accessories..please by and see..

I needed a ring quickly repaired (the one on my middle finger) and they were able to expedite the repair so I got it in time for my honeymoon! They were going to charge a fair price of less than $30 for the repair, but once they heard it was our honeymoon trip they comped it for us! Really appreciate their help with my getting my ring fixed on time & looking forward to continuing working with them in the future :) 10/10 recommend

John Watts: At 12:45 pm on Sunday 2/16/25...Such a bad experience after purchasing some pendants and was told that Daivid Yurman offers polishing after purchase. So I Walked in today and was inside for 10 minutes and not one of their 5-7 people on staff greeted us. I can understand waiting for the next available rep, but we were never even greeted at the door. A simple hello. Someone will be with you shortly. The male rep at the front chose not to acknowledge us at all. Buy from somewhere else that makes you welcomed. There was a guy in a suit at the door who didnt say a word just stood around with a non inviting expression. Very unwelcoming and such a bad choice buying David Yurman at North Park!

Lori Hunt: Sergio appraised my pieces. Insurance required new appraisals. His son appraised my pieces, his appraisals were much lower than prior, they were rude when I questioned the values. I took my pieces to an appraiser. The values were $80,000 higher. I have boycotted Sergios. I am disappointed with their rude behavior and unprofessional business. Diamonds do not Shrink and gold costs have increased not decreased.
