I had already received bids from a jeweler who was referred to me and who didn’t have a brick and mortar store (I would have thought their prices would be better). Fortunately I also checked with Diamond and Gold Exchange. Sam patiently answered several of my questions over the phone and then when I brought my items he was incredibly professional and transparent with the appraising and testing of everything. The prices were better than my other bids even while accounting for the change in the price of gold. Sam made a complicated decision for me very simple with his fantastic communication and service. Their showroom has a variety of quality gold and diamond jewelry at very reasonable prices. And they treat each customer as if they are their best customer. Sam is very knowledgeable and I have sold and/or traded a few items as well. The best part of shopping there for me is that I can always buy more jewelry than I had planned to buy, because the prices are just simply great.
