5 /5 Natasha Farah: I just started going to this gym and I have nothing but positive things to say. The coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, and very supportive. There is a great sense of community here, very friendly. All fitness levels are welcomed and more experienced athletes are happy to guide newcomers. I used to be skeptical about CrossFit gyms because of how complicated and competitive it all looked but CrossFit 190 made me change my mind. It is still a very hard workout but the support and positive energy at the gym make it attainable and super enjoyable. If you’re thinking about doing CrossFit, this is the right gym for it!
