Ruby B: I visited this place interested in a membership, I waited a bit to be helped but , they were busy, this is a new place, under construction. Young lady who helped me was very polite , not pushy , and explained the floor very well , I was shopping around . I did not sign a membership but, I might . It was very clean and did not smell like a musty gym . They offer daily offer classes.

Rachel Ashworth: Into the Well is the crown jewel of the square! Ive been a member for almost a year now and have had the opportunity to try out tons of their classes, instructors, and even booked a private event recently. Everything about Into The Well makes you feel special: from friendly and personalized exercise classes to highly communicative and organized management of membership and events, it truly is an all in one kind of place for community and wellness!

Tammy Spencer: Nice friendly staff and totally a different atmosphere than other gyms and I love the fact that its 24 hours. Had a chance to train with Jo and he was amazing. The only complaint I have is the sauna needs to be a little hotter. But other than that no complaints.

Edgar: Liz lowkey clutch for losing to me in rock paper scissors securing me a free keychain. Besides that small interactions like that between workers with gym members is always cool, better than other places that only greet you when you come in.

Jess Coleman: This place is great, but they lack when it comes to leg machines, I noticed there was no hip thrust machine available at this location. Crunch is opening up across the street and they have ALL the machines so I might have to switch unless they update their selection! Thank you for the feedback. I tried contacting the manager for about two months now and I haven’t heard back from them. If you’re the manager in reading this, can we please get a hip thrust machine not the kind with the belt! Thanks.

The Gym Lake Highlands - Dallas
Alexandria Pankoke: The Gym is great place to work out if you are looking for community and functional fitness. What I love most about it is the intentionality behind the programming. The workouts are very well designed to help anyone at any fitness level meet their goals. If you are looking for a place to lift as much as you can as quickly as possible, this is not the gym for you; but if you are looking for a place where you can get stronger and healthier in way that is both safe and effective— you will love it! As a chiropractor, that was super important to me. No one had time to nurse injuries that could easily be prevented with good programming! Thanks Kurt for the great workouts!

에스미: I love that they offer free personal training. That is something that is unheard of from other gyms. I can also come and relax from a difficult week and use their massaging chairs, or shower after a good workout. I have had 2 training sessions with Eve and she is so motivating, and pushes me to reach my goals, which I believe every trainer should do. Please continue to offer this training to us and Ill keep coming!

Bruce InCharlotte: After spending the morning pounding at a keyboard and not exercising anything but my mousing muscles, I took a break for a workout. I stopped here and enjoyed my time. In the late morning, the place was barely occupied. There was no one joining me on the 30 minute circuit so no distractions, just lifting and twisting and stepping. Back to the locker room and a shower. This is where it went less than ideal. As my shower continued, the hot water cut out. That was disappointing. As for the physical components of the shower, I love the glass door partition. That was pretty awesome but there were no hooks and nowhere to put my stuff. I ended up dragging over a chair from one of the the changing rooms. Not sure I would return to this one. It needs some help. And yes, I did mention the hot water to the club attendant - he said theyre working on it.
