He made sure we felt welcomed and even offered to let me try the massage chair if I wasn’t going to get a massage later today I definitely would’ve took him up on it. If you wanna get set up on a gym membership and you want it to be the best, gym and Roulette come see Ryan at crunch!

Austin Rosenthal: I am a Golds Gym member in Austin, Texas and was looking for a Golds Gym in Dallas while visiting family. The Highland Meadows location at East Northwest Parkway and Jupiter was the closest to my house, so I decided to check it out. The gym is nestled among tacquerias and tattoo parlors but has been completely redone inside. There are no TVs in this Golds but tons of great bodybuilding equipment. I went at 10am on a Friday after New Years Eve and it was still pretty empty so I was easily able to get a great workout. This location is definitely worth visiting if you are a Golds member.

Denise Glz: This is a great little fitness facility and I highly recommend it. Ive been going here about a month now and I really REALLY like working out at this place. Its a new place with new members so everyone is starting out fresh and everyone is so nice and always welcoming. The trainers are tough and I always leave feeling like I had a great workout and can I definitely feel it the following day(s). If the trainers notice any of us struggling with a certain exercise they take the time to show us how to do it right and if we ever have any questions they are always willing and ready to help us figure it out. The protein shakes and fresh juices are also very tasty.

Thank you for 1 telling me how to make an appointment (fail) I guess I shall go back to my home gym where I can no use Inbody cause no one knows password. What do I know about customer service and hospitality when there is a product and not a way to access ( fail) terrible service

Ruby B: I visited this place interested in a membership, I waited a bit to be helped but , they were busy, this is a new place, under construction. Young lady who helped me was very polite , not pushy , and explained the floor very well , I was shopping around . I did not sign a membership but, I might . It was very clean and did not smell like a musty gym . They offer daily offer classes.

Tammy Spencer: Nice friendly staff and totally a different atmosphere than other gyms and I love the fact that its 24 hours. Had a chance to train with Jo and he was amazing. The only complaint I have is the sauna needs to be a little hotter. But other than that no complaints.

Edgar: Liz lowkey clutch for losing to me in rock paper scissors securing me a free keychain. Besides that small interactions like that between workers with gym members is always cool, better than other places that only greet you when you come in.

Jess Coleman: This place is great, but they lack when it comes to leg machines, I noticed there was no hip thrust machine available at this location. Crunch is opening up across the street and they have ALL the machines so I might have to switch unless they update their selection! Thank you for the feedback. I tried contacting the manager for about two months now and I haven’t heard back from them. If you’re the manager in reading this, can we please get a hip thrust machine not the kind with the belt! Thanks.
