Zach Zenzen: Ive been recently getting the urge to "get back into shape" as Im sure lots of you out there are saying as well. I finally found a gym Ive quite literally prayed Id find. The first 3 or 4 weeks I was here, I worked out by myself and get to know the trainers, owner and other gym folks that go here. The more and more I workout here the more I appreciate it. The people are great! The gym has only quality equipment and Jeff, the owner is truly passionate about his business. Youll even hee him working out alongside you some days. I eventually decided to get personal training. Im a "has-been" athlete and I wanted the accountability needed to push my limits and learn new technique. Overall Ive been very happily satisfied with the training! Brayden, the trainer did a consultation with me about 4-5 weeks ago and Im so glad glad were working together. If youre looking for a gym with every weightlifting option available AND a golf simulator, come here! These guys are so well connected in Keller they have chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists who also attend here so theyre another great resource to have here. Kathy Ramirez: This gym is clean and organized, has a variety of equipment, 24/7 access, and discounts listed on the website. You can get a great workout in, but the stairmaster is outdated, the dumbbells arent the best looking, and they dont have short (fixed) barbells.

Madeline Denton: Coach Morgan and her staff are Amazing, friendly, and family oriented. We started here with zero experience and not only has my 8 year old learned so many new skills and how to trust her body, but has also learned to push herself and fallen in love with tumbling! Cheerleading is also incorporated with each class which has improved her squad outside of the gym as well! The staff is patient and so welcoming that my son started as soon as he turned 3yrs old and is excited to return to each class! Would Absolutely recommend!
