5 /5 Rob Ross: My family and I were visiting the island. I am a bodybuilder and my son is a nationally ranked Powerlifter. The equipment was great. Camille from the gym was very helpful. I look forward our next visit to the island and get a good workout again.

5 /5 Rodney McNatt: Great gym that is really accepting of people on vacation….. Day and week passes. Smaller gym that has everything you need to get a great workout in. Weight room is set up great to provide a variety of equipment and there is a separate cardio room. Thanks!

5 /5 Farah Ramcharan: My first time going into a place called “GYM” on the Island was so intimidating. I met with Sunny the owner sitting at the desk and told her I wanted a trainer who was experienced with back issues . I have osteoporosis, 62 yrs old and was told by my doctor that strength training will help me. Sunny said she will train me and so began 5 months of seeing her twice weekly. Each week I could feel my body getting stronger and she encouraged me to try different machines that would strengthen my back muscles. Fast forward to a few weeks ago while grocery shopping, a lady on an electric scooter cart bumped into my back hitting me on my left hip. At first I thought Osteoporosis and Fracture. But I was still standing and walking. X-rays showed no fracture and I credit my strength training with Sunny for protecting me from severe injury. Some people train to bounce a quarter off their tight butt… I bounced off a whole shopping cart Thanks Sunny West I highly recommend trying the gym and starting with some classes or training

5 /5 Kirsten Tackett: This is a cool, relaxed gym on the island. Camina was very helpful and friendly assisting me with a one week pass. It has all the equipment you need: dumbells, squat rack, bench barbell etc.. And Michelle is a great yoga instructor!
