The staff are incredibly friendly and encouraging, and the membership fee is unbeatable, especially for the boxing and kickboxing classes. Im so grateful that I finally took my cousins advice - joining this gym has truly transformed my life for the better.

5 /5 Cassie Franklin: Over 30.lbs down! As I get older and WAS the heaviest Ive ever been, I knew I needed to do something. I researched all the new stuff that you hear about constantly and as a nurse, I knew the best thing for me was simply more calories out than in. Flurry has been the BEST place to do that at. The Instructors are helpful, allow you to go at your own pace, but also encoraging and challenge you. The owners are amazing, kind people and so incredibly sweet and supportive of my fitness journey. The desk staff are the friendliest and incredibly helpful. This is a top notch gym, with great equipment and classes, with an excellent staff. My health journey has not been easy or quick, but very consistent and sustainable, with the best gym to be at for health, nutrition and fitness support.

5 /5 Faith Thompson: I absolutely love this gym. I came into it not knowing anything about boxing or kickboxing and they made me feel right at home. They taught me the right technique and form and I’ve been addicted to it ever since. Once you walk in, you feel right at home. I am excited to reach my fitness goals with this gym and their amazing trainers and so happy I have a place to come to, to let out some steam!
