1 /5 David Leung: Stay away from this place. They have very poor customer service and all they want is your money. My wife had been member for years and had been having very bad experiences. They kept charging you monthly fee even they closed down for weeks when they had AC problems. Its been difficult to cancel the service. They keep charging you when you already told them to terminate the membership. They wont cancel your membership even multiple times mentioned no intention to continue. They are money hungry not prioritize on customer service. Very disappointed. They threatened to ruined my wifes credit if dont continue to pay and have been adding up monthly membership dues every month. This is how they are doing business.

1 /5 Justin Kern: This company SUCKS! Their AC went down for most of the month, and they refused to refund my wife for the classes she had reserved. Credit only! Oh yeah, credits expire after a month. Use it or lose it. Looking forward to the reply from the owner explaining why Im dumb for wanting a refund.

1 /5 Jenny Lamacraft: Would never recommend signing up for their memberships unless you’re willing to deal with their incompetence and utter lack of basic customer service skills at the time of cancellation. Followed their instructions to cancel and they still charged me. I did a charge back with the bank with proof of cancellation and the bank AGREED with me and refunded me. So they sent it to collections WITHOUT EVEN CALLING ME. Spent several months dealing with their terrible people. I hope corporate sees this - their franchisee needs more training on how to run a business with a customer first mindset. DO BETTER!! Update: if you’d like people to email you, you should check your emails and reply - that’s a thought. This membership was in my husbands name. We emailed several times, went in person to speak to you, called and asked for you and you never got back to us. Again, do better.

5 /5 Terri Lindquist: I have wanted to try Pilates for a long time. Retirement was the perfect opportunity to do this and Club Pilates was on the list of gyms under my Medicare supplement. It has been a great experience from the get-go. They offered a free intro session where you can decide if this is right for you…and trust me, it is! They have a wide selection of classes and times to fit any schedule. Chan - the general manager - is great…so upbeat, positive and encouraging. I’ve enjoyed all of the instructors but I want to give special recognition to Maika. She makes sure to stress that everyone listen to what their bodies can do/tolerate. Her voice is so calming and relaxing. The classes just fly by and I’m never ready for it to end.
