    Shameika Smith: One of the best gyms that I have to been to in the Houston area. Before coming in, I signed up for the three day pass. I ended up at this location because the location that I actually wanted to go to was closed due to no power. I’m so happy about that because I wouldn’t have gotten the chance to experience this location. I walked in and I was created immediately. Then I was helped out by ugh, I forgot his name. However, I believe it was Michael. He made great conversation about why I was coming to try out the gym and my goals and such. I explained to him that I am from out of town and that I would be using the gym for only a couple days. For sure, after his sales pitch, I am going to end up joining this location if I move. Walked upstairs and was in amazement. They had every machine you could think of. We used the small turf area to end up working out. Then we did arms. Great gym. Very clean. I didn’t have to wait for anything either.

    Samantha Walding-Hart: Love this gym. I’ve only been twice so far, but the staff is so helpful and kind. They worked with me to find the best membership that would suit me and my family. The gym itself is HUGE and there’s so much equipment that I’ve never had an issue waiting to use anything. Tons of different machines, free weights and benches. When I was initially looking for a gym, I was also looking for a gym that could provide child care. I have an autistic son so finding a gym with good child care was a top priority. I was nervous about dropping him off at the kids club, but the workers there were very professional and reassuring. I will say that if you do have a child who elopes, there is not a gate between the desk and the door out of the kids club, BUT the worker sat in front of the exit the entire time which calmed my nerves. After informing them that my child was autistic, they listened to all my concerns and took great care of him! For all that you get with an adult membership this is by far the BEST deal you can get in the area! Very very happy to be a member here!

    Gypsy T.: I wish these folks well but I have decided not to enroll my family because they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I went in for a trial day pass fully covered from shoulders to toes, except a mere sliver of skin peeking between my very conservative top and full length leggings. I was made to borrow a tank top that was, in my opinion, more revealing. I fully support dress codes (even if they seemed arbitrary) and I was very understanding, but one of the owners seemed decidedly angry- or maybe disgusted- while her mother kindly explained the rules and would have earned my business, were she alone. I would not want to encounter Ms Judgmental, let alone take her classes, and the classes are the main reason I wanted to join. I am tattooed (nothing objectionable) and I wonder if that contributed to my treatment, because the daughter was nice until i took off my long sleeve sweater. We were chatting happily and I thought we could be friends. and then her attitude changed drastically like I did something to piss her off. Very strange. Very uncomfortable.

    Virginia McCaleb: This place is awesome, l was in therapy there after hip replacement with Dr.West and had to leave, due to moving out of area! Now l with another physical therapist and it’s not good! But has made me realize how great Lotts is! I would recommend Lotts and their team as the best! Dr . West was the Best!

I can’t recommend this place enough!

    Rigo Loera: Rude Staff ,from when I went to join until I went to Cancel the manager there was extremely rude I’m surprised he still has the job. He must own the gym because if I was the owner I wouldn’t let someone like that manage it for me. I think the manager asks his friend to leave good reviews so that the review stars stay good but anyone that goes to that gym in person will know what I’m talking about.
