5 /5 Jeshica Shrestha: I’ve been taking classes at Club Pilates for over a month and a half, attending 4 to 5 times a week at Level 1 to 1.5—and the results have been amazing! I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my posture and overall strength. My core feels noticeably stronger, and I’m seeing real definition and endurance in my arms as well. Every instructor I’ve had so far has been fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive. I genuinely look forward to each session. Club Pilates has quickly become a part of my weekly routine, and I can’t recommend it enough—10 out of 10!
