1 /5 Farid Jabarkhil: I am deeply disappointed with the service at LA Fitness in Sugar Land. I expect a gym experience that matches the reputation of a top-tier fitness brand in the USA, but this location is falling far below expectations.
First, the customer service is atrocious. Staff, especially Kerbi, lack basic courtesy and professionalism. Stopping guests multiple times for check-ins or formalities is fine, but the rude approach is not. Respectful communication should be a standard for any business, let alone a national gym chain.
The gym hours are another issue. While it’s listed as closing at 10 PM, this location starts shutting down at 9:30 PM. The staff, including one individual in a Santa hat, are unnecessarily rude, ushering members out with zero regard for respect or politeness.
Considering there are other gyms nearby offering better service and more affordable pricing, I see no justification for continuing my membership here if the service doesn’t improve. I’m prepared to escalate these issues to corporate and, if necessary, bring them to public attention through media channels.
LA Fitness needs to address these problems immediately to maintain the trust and loyalty of its members.
