5 /5 Jennifer M Lin: After doing a 2 week trial, I really enjoy this place and all of the instructors here! I had tried a few reformer classes before since I had always been interested but I did not enjoy any of them enough to commit to going (especially with most classes being much further). However, I love how small/intimate these classes feel (6 people max generally) and how each instructor can pay more attention to the group here to correct forms, push you to do more, etc. All of the instructors each have their own strengths and I love that there isnt loud music blaring so I can hear the instructions better.
Its always fun trying out new things in Charlottes reformer classes as well and I really enjoy the single leg in straps that we get to do. Most importantly, I feel that each instructor here truly cares for each of their classes and will take the time to correct your form to ensure youre getting the most out of the class (and not injuring yourself).
During the workouts, they may not always feel challenging, but I can definitely feel a difference after or even my mind to body connection during my gym workouts (versus before). I would definitely recommend anyone to start or join a few classes here as each instructor is always welcoming, not judgy, and does their best to challenge you in the best way.
