Was a little skeptical considering that we had to drive all the way for schertz to seguin and out credit wasnt so good but my wife spoke with Lucia and she was very understanding and most of all a caring human being she help every step of the way to get us what we needed for our family and we appreciate her care and concern . She also explained how all of this works and answer every question we had and didnt have a problem repeat things to us . I would absolutely recommend her and this place to friends and family.

Bec_in _tx: The CS Rep at the information desk was not helpful. I normally dont go to the credit union bc of the online abilities. However, I had to go in and was told I could do a walk-in by the call center rep. Yeah, apparently, the woman at the desk didnt receive the memo that walkins are welcome. Not only did she tell me I couldnt be helped, but she offered zero alternatives. As a customer for over 30 years, I have never had such unfriendly service. Do better, RBFCU!

Came here accidentally and was talked to rudely by your receptionist. Her tone was one of irritation and condescension, and displayed unprofessionalism, even if I wasnt there for business purposes.

Scott Norman: Completely inaccessible hours of operation! The lobby itself is nice, and the employees are friendly, but how is anyone who works a 9-5 job supposed to access the lobby when you are open Mon-Fri 9am-4pm? Please adjust your hours to Saturdays or at least open at 8am and or close at 6pm - how can you serve your customers when you preclude a large percentage of them from accessing the building?
