The lobby itself is nice, and the employees are friendly, but how is anyone who works a 9-5 job supposed to access the lobby when you are open Mon-Fri 9am-4pm? Please adjust your hours to Saturdays or at least open at 8am and or close at 6pm - how can you serve your customers when you preclude a large percentage of them from accessing the building?

    Andrea Gene: I get off at 5pm, pulled up to the bank at 5:28pm to deposit money for my mortgage. When I got there I waited behind another car, by the time I pull up it’s 5:38PM the lady sees me and starts closing the blinds and turns off the open signs. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Like seriously? You see me, I was there before you close and because I had to wait forever I couldn’t deposit my money. I’m so done with this bank. It’s just the icing on the cake. I would suggest going to a credit union if you’re looking. This bank will charge you MULTIPLE overdraft fees, even if the overdraft is from an automatic payment. One of the overdraft fees is $100.
