5 /5 Brock Belmonte: The bank was very nice, clean, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We spoke with Reagan who was able to help us update our account info and get checks the same day. Their customer service is top notch and they are very easy to work with.

1 /5 Penny merritt: The ATM ate my card on a Friday. Here it is a week later, Thursday. And I called to ask where is my New Card??? They then tell me that it was to be delivered by UPS. This is the first I’ve heard of it! He said I would receive it in 2-3 Days. So it wasn’t rushed as I was told it would be. Can they give clear/correct information to their customers. Instead of saying what they want to hear.

1 /5 Mary Hudson: Your new machine took 60 dollars from my husband without giving us a receipt and its not showing up in his account. Im not entirely sure what were supposed to do but we need that money that was 3 hours of work gone.

1 /5 John Morales: Horrible service!!!! They took money out without asking or notify before I had a bill. Fraud dept took money out that they to gave me. And I cant even complain to a real person. Ive been with them since I was 12 years old. Dont go to RBFCU. There thieves!!

1 /5 Jon H: Never experienced a more rude and ignorant lobby teller. Acted like I was crazy wanting to move money to another non rbfcu account that I have done literally dozens of times. Even "move money" describing what I was asking to do is on their main website. This was after waiting in line for 20 minutes because only 1 person was working up front at the time.
