She was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and one of the honest and compassionate persons Ive met, especially in her line of business. You dont see ones like her vary often. I spent a lot of time in her store, and I look forward to stopping in next time Im in town. 1 /5 Rich Perez: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When entering, no one greeted us. When we approached the grouchy lady, she decided it was best to give us dirty looks while she said nothing. We explained that we needed a price on our jewelry. She approached us with a dirty look and took the jewelry. She only sat down for about 20 seconds and told us that it was worth $100. (What was interesting is that we had gone to other jewelers and they took their time and were extremely friendly and offered us $1000.) So when she approached us, she rudely handed us the jewelry and proceeded to give us disgusting looks. I’m a person where I usually don’t take the time to do reviews like this, but when stuff like this happens, I don’t wish upon that to others. And I honestly believe no one goes there for business because the place was empty. I spoke with other people who’ve gone to the same place and had the same experience. So save yourself the time and don’t waste it by going there. There are plenty of other places where you will find great people with great customer service, Unlike cash for gold jewelers.
