They never answer the phone, and when they do its rudeness from beginning to the end of the conversation. If a change is needed change from address or number or replacing a driver there is a fee .I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. This company wants to nickel-and-dime you any possible way. If I had my way I wouldnt even give them 1 single ⭐ awful awful company.

Their policy is we are right and you are wrong. Their billing dates are also very suspicious and conversations are not kept on record, so there is no way that there would be any evidence of any wrong doing on their part. They are all about protecting themselves from any possibility of being at fault and not so much in helping the customer. After recently reading the increasingly numerous reviews from message boards, looking back I wish I had read them sooner so that I would have made a better and more informed decision in choosing auto insurance.
