Ranchhand DO NOT USE Sandy or Kathy. They have no clue what they are doing. Rude unprofessional!! State they have you covered for everything and in reality they cover less than have of the assets and cost a lot more than other places with more coverage. When you point out that they dont have the correct coverage all you will receive is a very cold "Im sorry" that has no sincerity to it at all. Especially when you file a claim and nothing is covered!! NOTHING AT ALL!!!

Bro Toob We’ve had Farmers insurance since 2016 and never made a claim. We had a huge storm at the end of April where a tornado touched down fairly close to our house. The high winds knocked off lots of shingles from our roof. Come to find out in May someone from Farmers drive by our house and took pictures of our “damaged” roof. The storm knocked our fence down and we had to get it replaced. I received a letter in the mail that at the end of August stating that our insurance was set to cancel on 9/21/23 because of a damaged roof. After talking with Farmers letting them know back to back problems we’ve had to take care of around the house like replacing our entire AC unit and replacing the fence the storm knocked down the only option is get the roof fixed. So my insurance will be cancelled cause I have no money to fix the “damaged” roof. Honestly why would you take pictures of a roof days after a huge storm? If I could give zero stars I would!!

Krystle Mcdade If I could give 0 stars I would how Scott treats people is unacceptable. No communication. They cancel and reinstate insurance with out your knowledge. I do not recommend farmers to anyone they did my mom wrong and dont want this to happen to anyone else.

Justagau I dont recommend. Your insurance will increase every other month and your agent will not explain why. Their communication is really bad. Not to mention, their home and auto rates are much higher than competitors. The website is also outdated and barely works. Bad service, bad rates, bad user experience. Im not sure why anyone would choose this company. Take this review as a warning.

SM10 I have been with TX Farm Bureau since 2001 and then all of a sudden they started going up on our car insurance every month. Which I still haven’t figured out how that was legal due to the fact that we had a 6 month policy. So I found another insurance company for our cars. Then our house insurance started going up and this last time they told me the upcoming policy was going to go up almost $1000 more than what it was before. I cancelled the policy before the new one began, but my mortgage company had already sent out the payment. Once I cancelled, I assumed TX Farm Bureau would send the money back, but they didn’t and that was 4 weeks ago. I’ve requested a refund, but have yet to hear back from TX Farm Bureau. I don’t know if it’s just the Temple office or just TX Farm Bureau in general now, but it’s as if everything ethical has gone out the window. I use to love this company, they always took care of us. It makes me sad that this is what it has come down to.

The team is always so helpful and willing to research best prices for us (home, vehicles, etc.). When I had a rock chip in my windshield that was quickly spreading, David was quick to give recommendations and I was able to get same day repair with his help. He even called me the next day to ensure everything was taken care of and to make sure we were happy with the repair.
