Elizabeth: Dont know if it is the agency or Allstate but is the second time they automatically add a random person based on my address to my policy and they charge for that person. I dont know those people nor they haver lived at my address. They send you a letter to notify you and you have call them to let them know to take off that person but it is frustrating having to be constantly check mail and transactions from them. They say all Companies do that but this is the first time I have noticed this issue so please be aware of that.
