Coaches are attentive to you to make sure you are doing exercises properly and will offer ways to adapt an exercise for any physical limitations. Routine is always varied so you don’t get bored! Coach Katie keeps us going and glad we showed up!

    M N: Great experience from start to finish. I emailed about dropping in while I was in town for a wedding and received a fast, friendly, and professional response. That exceptional service continued when I got to the gym. The coach, Josh, greeted me by name and ran a super class. Punctual, great cues and coaching, and fun! The office/bathrooms are immaculately clean and the facility is huge. Will definitely return if Im in the area. Great gym!

It’s not a place for showing off or flashy workout gear—it’s a space where people come to work hard, support each other, and feel good. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

All of the trainers are ready to help adjust the workout specific to you and the workouts include strength and functional movement rooted in science. It’s easy to schedule make up sessions or they send you the workout when you’re traveling. I’ve lost weight AND increased muscle and finally have a consistent workout schedule.
