A place with workouts that I enjoyed and were sustainable. A place where the trainers cared about me. The reason I chose BCS Fitness was the level of personal attention that I received from my very first meeting with Brad Tillery. He inquired about my fitness journey, and I shared my goals and struggles. He assured me that those goals could be met by taking small steps every day. And he was correct. It has been nine years since I started working out with them, and I love it today as much as I did then. I have lost weight and gained muscle. But more importantly, I have a workout routine that is enjoyable and easy to maintain. The classes are short, but packed with functional moves to keep me healthy, active, and in shape. Due to the small class sizes, the trainers are able to work closely with each client, modifying moves and/or challenging us when necessary. They know all their clients and greet them by name every single day! The trainers are friendly, professional, and have a wealth of fitness knowledge. BCS Fitness has helped me with improving my nutrition and taught me that small choices really make big differences. I am so happy that I chose BCS Fitness - South Studio! It is "my place!"
