1 /5 Zeina Zghier: I recently joined this gym and had a disappointing experience. When I signed up, no one informed me about the $20 cancellation fee for missing a class within 10 hours. I found out only after being charged.
When I contacted the team, they admitted the policy wasn’t explained to me and said they would issue a refund — but I never received anything. I followed up multiple times with no response.
I’m really disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication. I just wish the policies had been clearly explained from the start, and that the refund they promised was actually processed.
