PNC Bank - Kaufman Onesam: Definitely one of the best treatments I have received as a customer. I needed to open up a bank account and had went to Wells Fargo, they treated my husband and I terribly we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome no kind of greeting or a smile we felt as if they didn’t want us there. We saw that PNC just across the street was opened because we went around 4pm and they closed until 6pm and we decided to give it a try. The greatest decision we ever made. As soon as we walked in, Brianna received us with a smile and a charmisma we felt the difference right away and we knew we were in good hands. Shannon helped us with the bank account she was very friendly and was determined to helping us open the account that same day since we needed it very soon and it all got taken care of. I am grateful for how they treated us, I will always recommend this place.
