American National Bank of Texas - Kaufman (TX)

1 /5 Melinda Estrada: Opened a business account with this bank and each time I would go in there customer service was so horrible. Bank also does not offer a lot of amenities for a business like most banks do. Closed my account and on to the next.

1 /5 Lynn: Rosa who works the outside window is not a good asset to this well known bank. Not polite. Never says hi or have a good day. Doesn’t smile. Definitely not who should be working a location in a small town community or at a window who interacts with customers by any means.

5 /5 Brad Johansen: Been banking there since the 90s. Great bank with great employees. I had to get a loan recently and they were awesome. Thanks Amber for all your hard work.

5 /5 Countryside Inn: We have been with ANBTX since 25 years when we first moved to Kaufman. The staff has treated us exceptionally well, especially Steve Robertson and Amber Dotson. No complaints and love the feel of local small banks!
