The staff work late to get our account up and running, as we walked in close to closing time. Everytime we go there their staff is in page with all our needs...thanks BOA for being there when we needed you.

Pat Willis: I walked into the bank and the teller was very nice. I met with banker and I stated I would like to open a business account and I said before that how does your zelle work. The first thing she stated to me was you cannot zelle from a business account so you can only use zelle through a personal account. I stated I am aware of that and I would open a personal account as well. The next thing out of her mouth was disturbing to me. The banker stated that you can not use your zelle when you transfer money from your business account and it would flag your account. My thing why would you be assuming fraud or something of that sort have to be explained to me. Wait before you folks think i am tripping on something else. I politely got up after saying I dont want account here after the answer you gave to my question. I also went outside to my truck and called bank in to see if I would get the same answer to the question I just asked the banker. I did not get that disrespectful answer and I really appreciate Melonie I think she said her name was and no ai didnt tell her that I was just inside the bank. I will not.be opening account with them and will put everyone on notice about this bank social media here it comes.

She helped me wrap up my paperwork and did it very pleasantly. As far as the bank goes, it has been as good to me as any other bank.

Additionally, the financial department shows a concerning lack of transparency regarding fees, raising suspicions of potential mismanagement or improper practices.The Dean and the President doesn’t seem to care unless it fills their pockets this institution should be investigated by the education department.

Jessica Cleveland: I only like Wells Fargo because you get paid two days early. That is the only reason. This particular branch is absolutely impossible to get ahold of through the phone. You have to go into their physical location and even then they aren’t welcoming or informative. Wells Fargo as a whole is an awful bank, we’ve all seen the lawsuits, need I say more? Regardless, this location is no exception to the bad reputation that WF holds.
