5 /5 Fred Van Horn: I had some business to settle up regarding an old account and Julia Mahone. The bank officer. There gets five stars in my book. Shes very professional. She helped me wrap up my paperwork and did it very pleasantly. As far as the bank goes, it has been as good to me as any other bank.

4 /5 Hubie Mckinley: Great staff , friendly and helpful . I would move all my banking here but the App and online banking is super glitchy. It locks my account if I use my phone to access the account, but I can log in with the website on the computer. Since I end up calling weekly to unlock my access they say it’s a known issue, but it’s been several months.

5 /5 Joe Simpson: Good morning, just had another great experience at Prosperity bank in Waxahachie. While getting service. I mention that I wanted some hot tea for my cold. The Manager offer to go to the break room and make me some. It was what I need to start my day and she was Wonderful and the tea was Great.

This location each time I call has been nothing but amazing. Thank you and keep doing what you are doing. This office has helped me out so much.

1 /5 DR JD: Dont bank there but entered today to inquire and get a printout about interest rates for savings, cds, mmf, checking and was told they do not do that; bank policy or something like that. I did inform them that I had received a Rate Sheet from Citizens bank a block down the road from a very helpful and knowledgeable teller. I thought, too secretive for me. Thanked the teller and told her I would take my business somewhere else. Now that I read your reviews; wonder where Phillip went?
