Jessica Cleveland: I only like Wells Fargo because you get paid two days early. That is the only reason. This particular branch is absolutely impossible to get ahold of through the phone. You have to go into their physical location and even then they aren’t welcoming or informative. Wells Fargo as a whole is an awful bank, we’ve all seen the lawsuits, need I say more? Regardless, this location is no exception to the bad reputation that WF holds.

Christina Rushin: The fact that you close the entire office from 12-1 is ridiculous and makes it hard for customers who are trying to handle banking business on our lunch break. I understand needing a lunch break but when you have full office, you could stagger the breaks. Being closed on Saturday is also utterly ridiculous and has me thinking banking with you. I already have an acct with Neighborhood Credit Union and may need to use them for all my banking needs.
