We have brought two pieces of jewelry to Jordan for repair and he has done an excellent job on both one being restoring an antique diamond ring which he did an excellent job! IF there was any complaint I could possibly have (he takes his time!) about his work is that he make sure he gets it as close to perfection as one can and that honestly is not a bad thing its well worth the wait for his professionalism and craftsmanship!

They explained what needed to be done and why, and when I received my repaired rings back the repair was well done and reasonable. They do take a bit of time because they have a lot of repairs but in my opinion done well is better than done fast.
