1 /5 Scott Neeper: Bad customer service I have had issues with the car from day one and they think its ok to put a cancelation on the car before last day of grace and when they dont want hear they are in the wrong they hang up pathetic dealership Ill pay for this car but after this one I will not go back to them .

1 /5 Marhra Cain: We asked to park a truck and trailer (out of the way) at this place to be able to eat lunch and the guy was extremely rude before my husband even asked to park his truck there. My mom has bought vehicles here and now I know why she stopped. I wouldn’t buy a car here from a guy that don’t let you finish your sentence. Sounds like he was jealous that Tia Juanita’s has more business then his crappy car business.

1 /5 Be Kind: I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this establishment. This week, I contacted them to make a one-time weekly payment for my stepdaughters car. The representative asked if I would like to leave my card on file, and I explicitly declined. However, today I discovered that they had withdrawn $249 from my account. Upon inquiry, I was informed that someone had made the payment using my card, which I know to be false. My daughter confirmed that she had not made the payment and did not have access to my information. I am taking additional steps to address this unauthorized transaction and the fact that they retained my card information despite my explicit instructions to the contrary.

1 /5 Debra Hawkins: When we bought the car Jacob was real nice. Made a payment an they put it under a different last name, and now trying to put that off on us. I have bought 5 cars from them in the past and had no problems when Terry ran it. This will be the last time I purchase from them and I may give this one back. They have one lady in the billing department and she thought she was going to scream and holler at me and that didnt work out for her. Long story short its not good customer service and the manager is just as bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THEM.

Well if she knew it was not priced right , why ring it up and try to charge me a false price. Shady, dishonest,disrespectful,offensive. And this is an assistant manager. This tells me your whole store is this way. This assistant needs to educated on ethics.

D.J. Hammer: Dont understand why both branches are closed on Saturday now. That puts a lot of people and businesses out. Not very happy with this bank and might switch to find a bank that stays open AT LEAST HALF THE DAY. Which is sad, because Ive always liked this ball up until now.

Kerry Locke: I banked with Citizens State Bank beginning in 2005. It changed to Spirit of Texas, then to Simmons Bank. I had to close my account and start a new one in 2020 due to divorce. Overall I had a decent experience throughout. However, when I moved an hour away from my nearest branch is when problems began. Every time I made a mobile deposit they would hold a large portion of my money. Their policies for Zelle were ridiculous. Transferring money between checking and savings took several days even though the app showed the money had moved resulting in insufficient fund notifications. There was no charge for this but was frustrating because it was my money and I should be able to spend it whenever.
