Heathen Adair: Very disappointing and misleading. I cant stand being lied to about prices. Told all price tags with a x on it is 50% off. I get to register with my items, this uptight ,rude woman with curly hair tried to sneak it by me at full price. When I corrected her,she said in an unfriendly tone,it was marked 50% off by mistake. Well if she knew it was not priced right , why ring it up and try to charge me a false price. Shady, dishonest,disrespectful,offensive. And this is an assistant manager. This tells me your whole store is this way. This assistant needs to educated on ethics.

D.J. Hammer: Dont understand why both branches are closed on Saturday now. That puts a lot of people and businesses out. Not very happy with this bank and might switch to find a bank that stays open AT LEAST HALF THE DAY. Which is sad, because Ive always liked this ball up until now.

Kerry Locke: I banked with Citizens State Bank beginning in 2005. It changed to Spirit of Texas, then to Simmons Bank. I had to close my account and start a new one in 2020 due to divorce. Overall I had a decent experience throughout. However, when I moved an hour away from my nearest branch is when problems began. Every time I made a mobile deposit they would hold a large portion of my money. Their policies for Zelle were ridiculous. Transferring money between checking and savings took several days even though the app showed the money had moved resulting in insufficient fund notifications. There was no charge for this but was frustrating because it was my money and I should be able to spend it whenever.

A. Lopez: This isnt the "home town bank" the portray themselves as. When you call the branch number youll be connected with a call center allowing them to cower behind that wall. I can say for certain Ive been shown more sympathy and respect at Bank of America and even Chase. Youre better off with the prepaid cards you can get for free and connect your direct deposit to. Its definitely cheaper. When they say no transactions will post and then the let them and charge you nearly $200, something is wrong. We need new bank regulations to reel in the absurd charges banks are allowed to impose. This bank is no better than the car title loan or payday loan places. Their rating is 2.8 as of this post.
