I can say for certain Ive been shown more sympathy and respect at Bank of America and even Chase. Youre better off with the prepaid cards you can get for free and connect your direct deposit to. Its definitely cheaper. When they say no transactions will post and then the let them and charge you nearly $200, something is wrong. We need new bank regulations to reel in the absurd charges banks are allowed to impose. This bank is no better than the car title loan or payday loan places. Their rating is 2.8 as of this post.
