1 /5 Wendy Kirk: I called this office with very specific LEGAL questions regarding a very tender, touchy subject. The lawyer was so disrespectful in the way he spoke to me and was so completely short. He would not answer my specific questions and told me he was uncomfortable giving me advice because he was not a psychologist or would not give advice on a social matter. He was an absolute jerk. When I told him he was behaving like that he hung up on me. Would never recommend someone who can’t even behave like a decent human being.

1 /5 Cindy Alvarado: I took a ticket there a year ago. I was never contacted by them or anything and now after paying them to take care of my ticket I still have to pay additional 400 to get a ticket and warrant lifted (a year after). Something that shouldn’t of ever turned into a warrant! Horrible service. Never using them again. And calling my regular attorney in Arlington to never reffer people to them again. If I ever do get a ticket again in Johnson county I will probably use Mary C Davis. They where so sweet and helpful when I talked to them today. I would definitely give a zero star if I could!

In all fairness, Mr Altaras represented me several years ago, so hopefully the positive reviews are a reflection of his current practice. We had a hearing that Mr Altaras was unaware of. When I called to ensure he would be in court, he agreed, but was angry. Mr Altaras appeared for the hearing obviously mad. He did not represent me or my child and essentially told me to handle it myself. I still feel as though an injustice occurred.

Dylan Richeson: I hired Mr. Turner for a criminal attorney In December of 2020. At this time I was incarcerated and the one and only time I ever spoke with Mr. turner was to negotiate a price. I had two charges and he informed me both were felonies when one was a felony and the other was a misdemeanor. He wanted $4500 which was agreed on. Then the felony was dropped and the price was then $2500. I was incarcerated for 5 months during this time I never spoke with Mr turner or his law office while incarcerated to discuss my case obtain a statement on what had happened or inform me of anything in my case. I received 5 letters from his office one being the letter informing me he is no longer legal counsel due to me firing him for not doing his job to the best of his ability being very unprofessional to my fiancé and telling us if we continue to call he will start charging us for every call. In the letter I received he stated that his work more than Exceeded the $2500 we paid Mr turners office and they did the best they could. I do not recommend using Mr Turner or his legal team for anything unless you want to be ripped off.
